1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Digitaya provides a managed lead recovery and automated communication follow-up system designed for service businesses. This includes, but is not limited to, SMS automation, CRM pipeline management, and call tracking infrastructure.

3. Payment & Subscriptions

The Service requires a one-time setup fee of £197 and a recurring monthly subscription fee of £97. By subscribing, you agree to pay these fees as outlined during checkout. High-volume SMS or call usage beyond standard business thresholds may incur additional pass-through costs, which will be communicated clearly in advance.

4. Communication Compliance

You agree to use our Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other laws related to SMS communication and data privacy.
